Shipping Information
Spectacular Audio will ship and expedite the shipment of your purchase to meet you needs. Spectacular Audio ships merchandise to street addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not allow address changes after the order has been accepted. Spectacular Audio on some cases and depending of the value of the items being shipped will require signature on deliveries for your protection.
Foreign Shipment
The buyer is responsible for freight cost and any additional charges that might be included upon arriving in country of destination. These charges are custom duty, brokerage fee and other fees that maybe impose by their country.
Contact us for freight cost prior to purchase and we will reply as soon as possible in order to expedite your order.
Sales Tax
Spectacular Audio collect sales tax on orders being shipped to State of California. There is no sales tax collected for orders shipped outside the State of California. If you feel your order should be tax exempt, you must provide a valid tax exempted certificate at the time you place your order.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Spectacular Audio reserves the right to decline or cancell orders at any time. Notification is via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order. We assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations, or email notification failures. Order costs will be charge to your account upon acceptance.
Pricing
Spectacular Audio reserves the right to modify and correct the product price due to pricing error or typographical error at any time. We will inform you upon receiving your order if you wish to cancell or continue with the order.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. Please provide us your exact name as it appears on the credit card, your exact billing and shipping address, and telephone number. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns Authorization
Please call 818-885-1315 for a Return Authorization Number. Spectacular Audio will refuse any item returned without authorization.
Spectacular Audio allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You have the option of product exchange or full credit. Please note that You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Return of Defective Items
Spectacular Audio allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. Spectacular Audio will charge a restocking fee of 25% if we found the product to be not defective. Spectacular Audio will charge you for any missing hardware. Original packaging must be used on all returns. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Special Orders
Spectacular Audio requires payment in full at the time of ordering. Special orders are not returnable or refundable.
Privacy Information
Spectacular Audio as a merchant will not disclose the Cardholder information to Third Party Marketers.
The credit card information will be used only for the sole purpose of completing the merchant transaction as required by law. Spectacular Audio will not disclose your personal information to third parties direct marketing purposes without your consent.
